Viewsonic has the wiggles?

I have a Viewsonic G810... nice enough monitor. Currently driving it with a run-of-the-mill Allinwonder cards...

For about the last week I have begun to see an odd thing...

The screen is subtly...wiggling... the horiz shift is no more then 1/16th of an inch... it's not shifting as a whole left/right, just thin sections (like a ripple...)

My question is pretty simple... does this sound like a monitor issue, or more of a card issue? (The monitor has been very god to me, but it IS getting a little....long in the tooth )

Even if you do not know of any solution, is there a more...technical... term for what I am describing? kinda hard to search the net for help with a search term of "wiggles" <grin>

It will most likely be a tired electrolytic.

But where is the problem.

That means that the probable cause is the Monitor, not the Vid Card...

Thanks.

(It's an old Monitor... Time to replace it anyway... So, who wants an old Viewsonic?...)

temporary solution: lower the brightness, instead of white, change windows color to light gray
