Dell E151FP - Super slow refresh

Hello everybody,

I got this Dell E151FP to repair because it was totally blank (even if the green LED was on).

I took it apart and was very happy to find the main LCD connector completely pulled out.

I plugged the connector back and the thing seems to work OK but the refresh speed is extraordinarily slow. If you move the mouse, the cursor will slowly fade out and appear further away 5 sec later.

This is also happening when you use the adjustment button on the LCD unit itself. The display slowly fade in and everything is appearing slowly.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks a lot!!!

Jonathan
