I need some substitution for 2CS5387 HOT
in my Compaq 7500 Monitor. I used BU2520AF,
but it burnet 2 seconds after picture appeared.
Then i tried BU2527AF. The monitor works, but HOT runs extremely hot. After 10 minutes the picture is squashing at right side. Then monitor start cycling on and off (but green LED lighting steady.) I found no other bad parts.
I think that the problem is bad HOT substitution, but i dont know what number is best. I need something beginning BU... or BU because HOTs with 2SC are hard to find in my country. What do you think about BU2525AF ?
The only 1500v 2SC... transistors i can find are 2sc5129, 2sc5148, 2sc5207, 2sc5411, 2sc5445 and 2sc5584.
Can i use some of them?

Being squashed on the right hand side indicates the transistor is not being driven correctly.

Check base drive components.
