Hello,
I have a problem with my monitor (Samtron 75E), the image is totally desfigurated, not focused, somethink like a "blur" passed horizontaly in the image, i think the problem could be the circuit of the horizontal or vertical sync. but i don't know wich IC is, and if that's the problem!
I allready tested it in several modes VGA,etc. and graphics cards...

Thank's bill for your answer! I think i found the problem... it's the yoke, (don't know the correct name in english), transformador de linhas in Portuguese! Anyway thank's!!
