I have a samsung ssc-21m monitor .It is used for camera monitoring .It has high power but the picture is scrambled and blurry . I tried replacing the Video output ic ,but with no help .All other parts are not in NTE book .
please help ,Samsung has the worst service I have seen .Products still under warranty but no one works on them .I have called over twenty different numbers for samsung but no one seems to know where to send it , they keep on giving me another number to call .I am a Casino head tech and We have over
600 cameras and about 200 monitors we have been able to fix other monitors in the past but these Samsungs are a bitch .I have a total of three Samsung monitors doing the same thing .Can anyone help me with advice or location to have fixed . I am located in Baton Rouge , Louisiana

I have a similar unit with about the same problem you are describing, I found all the 47uf 16v surface mount caps to be totally dry, I replace them with no luck. Maybe in your case might solve the problem. They ck ok while in circuit but when you pull them out they ck bad. Hope this help you!!
