Nokia 447U (model 447XS, 447U251, SMA223) don`t start (+)

I can swith on only standby (it uses TOP223, red LED is on). Which values do R116,117(source switch FET-primary ground), R125,114 (+capacitor- cold pin transformator) have? I replaced 11NB60, L4990 (There was 4990À- I installed 4990), there is ÂÑ857Â near it, I could not find any bad one. Instead of R116,117 I istalled 0,56 Îì,, R125- 0.22 Îì. I didn`t find sheet but I found sheets 447ZA, 447S, 447K, 447Pro which use UC3842. Datasheet of 4990 is different from the sheet of monitor. Thank you.
