every thing is ok ie brighness,contrast, display but when we open menu from start all words are brown or when we type a letter words are brown.
or we open controll panel all words r brown not black

Open a paint program and make brown and black boxes. If they look normal then it's not the monitor. More likey a messed up theme or desktop display setting.
