I have the monitor mentioned in the title and there is no power when plugged in. No led's lit, no display of any kind. I am sure it is a powersupply issue but would like a little direction on what to check first....I'll be replacing the electrolytics....what next? Regulators? There doesn't appear to be any damage (all the smoke still in it....) to any components, no cold solders etc...

Any help appreciated.

Okay I believe I found the problem.....several broken solder joints around voltage regulators, and the large transformer...... had to break out the large magnifier to find them. I guess my eyes just aren't what they used to be....
