AOC 4v n only bottom half of picture shows

hi all,
i'm new here. my monitor an AOC 4vn shows only the bottom scan. maybe some of you knows or have encountered this problem with any kind of monitor. where should i start looking? Thanks and best regards.

It is probably some electrolytic capactor near Vertical deflection circuit. This circuit has usualy 7 to 11 pins and is mounted on heatsink.

it will be the vertical ic, replace thatand all EL capacitors on it
