Hi, thanks for the reply, found various smd fuses, all OK, i found a pin out for the TFT screen ( AU M150XN05) power input should be 3.3 Volts, but video board is only supplying about 1.8 - 2 volts, a SMD capacitor reads short circuit, do you know the value of this component , C89 or the correct input voltage that come in on the connector J3 ? , from the PSU/Inverter board

Hi, got the monitor working by replacing the following:
Q601= SSS6N60A (or SSP6N60A), IC601=UC3842B, C707 & C703= 1000uF 16V i used 25v, C605= 68uf400v , R615= 0.68ohm 1watt, i used 1ohm, and a few other capacitors that looked like they were about to blow.
