i need help

no power monitor w/tik-tik sound

MODEL NO.AOC 4VN

hot good...disconnect flyback pin no.2 AND diode R2K power ok
but no B+ OUTPUT

I TRY to connect flyback pin no.2 and R2K diode...monitor cannot power on

It is probably a failed FBT but without testing it I cannot be sure.
