EZ17b Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) 17" TFT

Hi, has anyone have scematics or knows of any common fault with this monitor.
Mains adaptopr is 100%OK, monitor power LED flashes then goes off, Main board has SI-8050SD 5pin volt reg & AIC1084-33& AIC1084 volt regs, output seems ok.
