Phillips CM8833 - No Picture

I have a Phillips CM8833 monitor that comes on (the screen lights up if you know what i mean) - but there is no picture and the screen remains blank. The heaters are alight and the sounds working fine.

Any idears on if i can repair this or is it a write-off?
