I have an EMC 14" monitor that has a small picture all the way around. The only voltage setting that I can find is all the way up. Super VGA color monitor Model No. EM-1408
FCC ID IJEEM-1428 EMC monitor USA corp. May 1992. I have no schematic. Can anyone help? Thanks.
