my tft Acer AL1515s has no picture only vertical lines and then its completely blank

i bought an ACER AL1515s TFT monitor for my DIY LCD Projector. I strip the monitor for my project. But after striping when i try to connect it i only got lots of vertical lines. NO picture.. and after sometime there was a spark in the leftmost ffc section and i also got a burnt smell. Then i saw one ffc panel is burnt and there is a round type symbol appeared in just above the burnt ffc panel. Then there is no picture when i connect it again. I dont know what happend. Please guide me and also forgive my bad english.
