| Can this be done with only two letters if so I need some help here,
they are as fallows L A in the center of this device their is a #2 casted in on the side of that is 3 etched in. this device is SMD, SOT-223 package.

looks like its a siemens BF550

Care to share how you found this out..?
After removing this device turns out it could also be SOT-89
