on monitor no power and display, from monitor course Lesson 07 guide. only the capacitor have 330V DC and I check the transformer and all dont have voltage. I also check the IC3842 dont have 12V DC. but I dont know which pin of IC3842 to check 12VDC. doen't have guide in monitor repair course..

pls check that MOSFET transistor and an posible 'open' bias resistor within the primary circuit. if you found that MOSFET shorted, then replace also 3842 IC.
