I turn off the monitor for a while. When I turn it back on, the monitor would somewhat flashes. It would open on for a second and off, on and off, on and off, flashing like. It would do that about 10 minutes then it would open and stay on. Looks like it needed to warm up or something. I hear a light buzzing sound coming from the monitor. Anyone knows what the problem could be? thanks

I repair a lot of these monitors, The fault sound like the cap on the power supply. (look for rounded top on the caps)

dont spose you got a fix for dark screen on a FP7317 - POWER LIGHT "ON"
