I was recently given a Dell E151FPb with a white-screen problem, and my research indicated that this is a common problem with this model. The solution is usually to resolder the leads on one of the inductors (L7?? - I can't remember inductor, and I can't find my notes) on the power supply\inverter board - that's what I did, and it worked. Try searching this site for E151FPb or E151FP or 151FP instead of FPb151.
