THIS is compaq monitor having problem of no control of horzontal width , also LOPT VERY hot ,D2012 hot changed to D1266, voltage at secondary is 53V and at B+ is 102V in between one diode wch up the voltage.

you say you have problem wiht width regulator. It is usualy the width regulator transistor (NPN or darlington NPN) this transistor is on heatsink and can go open or short. The 3,3uF 50V big electrolyt can also go short or open.
