i have a strange problem with samtron sc428 ps monitor.when i connected it to pc then there is no display.when i removed there is raster on display. when i connect it back slightly then the display is horizantal rolling.pls help me with providing information on this issue. i got headache with this problem.pls kindly help me thanks in advance

This is an old analog monitor which supports only VGA resolution,If you are using WinXP it runs at 800<>600 and maybe cause of problem
