Hi

i have a dell 1704FPTs with shows only a white screen.
i checked the power supply, wich looks o.k. , i checked for loose connections.
I checked for smd fuse near controller ic. The main board is sending signals to the panel, i checked with a scope. What can i do to fix it?

You have to open the back of the lcd panel up where the ribbon cable plugs in, there where be a small smd fuse that you need to replace it is connected to the +5V supply line of the panel pins 28-30.
