Need help samsung ckb5237g[d], ckb5237l Shaking Screen

Help;

All board has been resoldered, but still shaking,

. there is NO snapping sounds associated with this vibration(possible error deflection yoke loose trim magnet)
. degauss is working properly
. Cable all check
. Video card or other external interference is check
. bad internal connection is check

What is possible component broken or deflection or something?

will you pls check the operating voltage of the unit... if it was made in Korea then try to use a 200v supply since korean monitors had a 200 volts supply maximum

Thank you for reply,

I check the V-Sync1, and H-sync1 and the transformer near to flyback and still good.,your right is made from korea.
When you say operating unit voltage is that you pointing I change not only the big transformer but the but also the other component?
what is the other component of the monitor I change?
sorry coz I'm novice, and my instructor give this project to me

My Mistake the input AC of the monitor model is "110 - 220v" not 200v

have you tried plugging the unit in a 110V ac outlet?

I plug the monitor by 110v as you say but now have another error until I plug to 110v

. The ON/OFF button is not working.
. No display (picture) look like always on the standby mode.

Hehe

Plz HELP

ON/OFF Button function, No Video is solved

Rey I already solve the ON/OFF button malfunction and no video, it's a shorted transistor located to main board near to the big transformer.(not the HOT)

Again I plug the monitor to 110v it consume a 10 seconds before the monitor open, unfortunately the screen still shaking,

I diagnose the CRT then I found out one of the 3 resistor that have 39 resistance and 10 tolerance is burned, I change it of same resistance but only have 5 tolerance, One good thing is happen are the color correction is good now before the "No Signal" text on the sreen is all red but now it's black and the rectangle graphics is red., but the screen is still SHAKING
any IDEA?
