Hey their,
It's been almost 5 years now since I gave up on this. I had bought this monitor about 5 or 6 years ago. I used it for a bit, one of the pins fell off, then I just dealt with how it was, the colour was pretty off. Then another pin fell off, which then rendered it useless. Now I tried finding some tutorials as to how to repair the thing.
Over time, I collected plenty of monitors. Though for some reason I really want to repair this one, it was one of my favourate monitors. Especially since it was very troubling to try and fix.
I would like to know if anyone can guide/help me with the repair of this. The problem is that the cable is damaged. So I severed it, and now I want to attach another head, with all the pins. My problem now is figuring out which wire goes to which pin number. I would love any input, this would be my first time repairing a monitor cable. I normally repair the board of the monitor, I have average soldering skills, and very vigilant when it comes down to getting things done. I now found this site, seems really resourceful, and now trying to get some input from the community. Anyone help aid me in figuring out the correct wires to each pin for the "PN17ltpn/xac" Samtron 76V crt Monitor, I would really appreciate it!

Thank you, and hope for the fix of this monitor, |
