Have now inherited a CM 1772 17 inch monitor ..BUT is blown I have found.
There are (Were) two large Diodes attched to a heatsink that are totally destroyed such that there is nothing readable .
Any help on what they might be. The transistor for the LOPT was also blown as it was hit by a mains surge I am now told.
Will try and supply circuit reference numbers if any one can help
