Hi guys,
I'm having this problem with my NEC LCD 1970nx monitor: after I use the monitor for an hour or so, I am getting a strange line (or stripe) of pixels which start changing colours randomly for a few seconds until they turn almost completely black (or white)... The only way I've managed to deal with this has been to turn the monitor off, leave to cool down for a while (the longer, the better) and then if I turn it on, it's fine for a short period of time (the length of which depends on how long I've kept it turned off)... I've recorded this interesting phenomenon on video and posted it on Yuo Tube (here:
