I see so much info on the Dell e172fpb and e173fpb. My trouble is with a E178FPv. Are these inverters and lamps the same? Are the caps the same? I cannot find any info on this monitor...nothing comes up when I Google it. How can I troubleshoot this? How do I test the inverter to replace bad caps, diodes, or transistors?
