My Samsung 450b samsung monitor turn-off whaen I open the CPU. I already change IC401 TDA9109. I check some diode to primary and secondary, and diode near to flyback and HOT. I also change some capacitor
When I remove the signal video cable. the power is stay-on but there is no display "Check the signal cable connection"
