Gateway 786N need capacitor value/schematic

I have a Gateway monitor with a shorted capacitor. I have searched for a schematic without success. The cap is not labeled on the board but may be C732. It's located between C712 and C713 and is a high voltage disk capacitor. I've repaired televisions for 30 years and have seen this cap fail before numerous times. I just need to know it's value or get a schematic to figure it out myself.

I can make out this # on the cap TVR 14361
I believe it's 2kv or higher

any help would be appreciated
