Yes I would bid on the Revell GE kit. Fortunately me and Scott own a few copies of this classic.
Sorry for not being able to answer earlier to your last email. I have been very busy over the last days both in my job and getting together material for the new Debris Field which will open its gates very soon now.
I will check this weekend for the exact measures of the GE hull plating, of course I have the math all written somewhere. I needed it for my scratch 1/350 hull.
I don't know it off the top of my head right now. The plates in any case were a lot smaller than on later ships such as Titanic and Queen Mary.
