2100 carb problems

need help with carburetor.

car is a 68 mustang automatic transmission.

no the original motor, most likely a 69-70 302

intake manifold is C8AE date code 9J12, which is from a galaxie with a 9/12/69 build date

carb id tag is missing but has the folowing numbers 114 on fuel bowl and 7DR on base.

Purchased a carb rebuild kit form napa and rebuilt carb.

Currently on hard acceleration from stand still engins bogs and almost stalls, if i back off the engine recovers and goes smooth.

no problem if soft acceleration.

Also after driving for about 30 minutes the plugs are carbon fouled.

any ideas on the carb adjustments and what the carb is from.
