Old Carb

I have this 4100 carb with no numbers on the foot,it has a tag on it that say's efa-9ab -j,any body know what this is off of.It also has some weird looking floats,they are round with a flat bottom,never seen that kind before.
Is there any place that I can get the small white plastic peace that closes the secondary's and what are the thread size for the fuel inlet in the main body.Thanks
