They are Holley style jetting, since it was after 1964 that Ford went to the Motorcraft style.
And the correct factory jetting for your carb was 55 for the primaries and 63 for the secondaries.
Also got some more info for your carb, Your carb is actually a 1962 390 Police Interceptor carburetor with a manual transmission non PVC (so more than likely a road draft tube) emission system.
