Another 4100 problem

Hey Mr.C,
The floats should NOT be covered with fuel. They should be floating on the fuel in the bowls.

This sounds like either the jets are not closing, OR the floats are not floating.

I've also heard of the fuel pump having too much pressure, and forcing fuel past the jets.
