2100 float for racing?

Which float is best for circle track racing??

While in heating up tires going to the right the engine bogs
Like too much fuel.

I am still running lean at top end. 6000rpm 351w 1.23V 2100 carb. C3??
Werbyford thinks the inlet is restricting recovery of fuel.
I have 75 Holley jets & power valve from rebuild kit in. Brass float.
I have a 4.5 power valve I can use. Maybe a fiber float as well.
