Napa probably won't have the choke tubes that you need. You need to go to a parts store that sells and caters to the restoration crowd, since those will be restoration things only. (of course if you are handy and know what they consist of the componenets are available and cheaper.) NAPA does sell a stove choke kit for replacing those tubes when using headers.
The tubes go directly into the exhaust manifold, not the shroud. THe shroud is towards the front of the manifold the tubes are towards the back.
