C8AZ-9510-AD 4V 600CFM

Hi Bill.

I found you on a forum, explaining in some detail about a Holley C8AF-9510-AE carburettor to a chap that was having problems identifying it.

I also am trying to find a carburettor that is listed in the 1969 Ford Muscle Parts Catalogue. It is listed as C8AZ-9510-AD 4V 600CFM. I am trying to work out if this carb was fitted to a car, or if it was a spare part only, sold as an after market unit. I have been told that the "Z" indicates it is a service part, but for what I can not work out.

If you could shed any light on the subject, and where I may find a C8AZ-9510-AD carburettor, It would be very much appreciated.
