No, the exhaust manifolds are NOT emissions type - just standard cast manifolds. I'd be willing to bet it didn't come with emissions.

You mentioned this carb would make it run lean. How so - because of the vacuum leak? or due to the emissions related design?

Running lean MIGHT explain my "Running HOT" situation.

Were you able to hunt down any non-emissioned carb?
