...you mean that the float bowl actually overflows? If so, have you checked your fuel pump pressure? I just cannot think of another thing that would cause the needle to let fuel pass into the bowl when a good float is trying to close it.

Any possiblity that fuel is leaking up around the threads, past the little gasket of the seat? A little teflon wrap for grins?
