I got overwhelmed when I opened the top of my 4100 and seen 3 plugged jets. I removed all 4 jets to clean them without thinking they might be different sizes which they are. I am assuming the smaller jets go on the primary side and the bigger jets go on the secondary side.....can someone confirm this?

That is correct, What is you carb number (stamped into the drivers front foot) and I would happily pull the correct specs on the jetting for you.
