If i were to put a choke asem. on a differt carb what setting for the choke should I use,the one for carb that the choke was from or the new carb ?Where can I get the little plastic piece that is on the fast idle arm that closes the sec.?Do you need a weight on the discharge ball,C1 carb,?also I have a broken tube that supplys vacuum to the secondary diaphragm,can I solder it like I would a copper pipe?

First, the plastic secondary closer, call Gabe at caburetor specialties incorporated (CSI) or of course you could call pony's. Tell them both you got there name from here!!!

Next yes I have had sucess at brazing the vacuum secondary pickup, but also have had even better sucess at sleeving it and epoxing, its easier and better fix.

Yes you need both the weight and the check valve for the primary side of any 2100/4100

As far as you choke, are you just talking about the bakelite cap? You definetly want to match these up but there are abouot 3-5 differing ones so be careful, if you match it then of course you would want to use the original CARBURETOR setting, for your setup.

I,m talking about the whole choke assembly.I have a carb from 1962 that has no choke and I was going to the junk yard and get one off a 2100 to put on.
How can I get ahold of C.S.I..do they have a website?
