Thanks.

HAY Sandy,
NAPA.

You are looking for: SAP64-562A P7Y

I just got one for an Autolite 4100 1.12 C4AF 9510 DG, and the above is the number on the envelope in which the Secondary Diaphragm, and Nylon Lever came.

I just this afternoon finished the resoration by doing the Bench Adjustments. Have yet to take the portraits of the finished product, but that is on the agenda for tomorrow.

If you'd like to see the work that has been done to date, click here:

Hope you are well.

Your secondary diaphram assembly looks different from the one on mine (I have a C5AF H), though.

Thanks for the Napa part number. Sadly, no Napa's here, plus, they don't ship abroad.

Your page will be very helpful for my rebuild.

All the best
Sandy

HAY Sandy,
Thanks for kind words.
Just finished the Bench Adjusting of the 4100 yesterday. Am awaiting a 5/8" Welch Plug from Hubbard Spring Company, which is the cap for the Choke Assembly Piston Cylinder, and the unit will be ready to install on one of the world's rarest vehicles, Ms.American 3.14159, which is a 1964 Ford Galaxie 500, Four-Door, Hard-Top, Fast-Back, Police Interceptor, which is probably the ONLY one still in existence, if not the only one EVER built. I've been posting to ALL the Ford Discussion Groups, and have yet to have ANYONE say that they have, or have even seen another one like it.

For more JPGs of this vehicle:

This one is about the car itself, and has a bit of a history of the old Gal:

Work continues apace!

Take excellent care.

Hi JC,

Just checked the Napa online.

I guess that CRB24241 is what I am after. I also need a secondary float, CRB2479.

Napa could make a fortune if they opened a store over here.

I tried to create an account and it is U.S. only.

Oh well.

All the best
Sandy
