I have a holley 4160 on a 56 ford with a 352 fe and the throtlle lingage is a heim joint setup. Should the throttle valves open all the wayI mean 90 degrees to vertical when the accel pedal is all the way to the floor? Mine opens only to about maybe 80 degrees when the pedal is all the way down. Thanks Mike

..is to disconnect the throttle linkage and open it up manually. There also should be a stop on the carb linkage that would tell if you are all the way open or not.
