I have a Motorcraft Holley 4180 carb that has a list no. 50402 and a Ford no. E7PE-9510-AA
and date code 3247. Can anyone tell me what this carb originally came on?

E7PE stands for 1987 factory replacement carb. so it really could have been placed on anything, I would have to look up to see what this would have been on but the 4160's were commonly put trucks during these years and as replacements fo the earlier mustang 4160's since the had l;ots of problems with them.

I was thrown off by the P in the part no. It is a real nice core that looks like it has never
been apart. I am rebuilding it and very slightly modifying it for use on my 1981 F-100 with a
mildly modified 351W.

That carb should work great with your application.
Plus you should be able to sell that Y block 4 barrell manifold for a nice profit.

Good Luck,
