Hello,

I've got a 2100 that needs to be rebuilt, the guy I bought it from said that it's been sitting around for a long time. Thank you in advance for all your help.

But why don't you do it yourself, 2100 are easy to rebuild and everybody on this forum would be glad to help you.

Its been awhile since I said this publicly, but I do not solicit work or sell off of this site, just my personal ethics, I feel I offer lots of free and good advice and in general my advice has been well respected. If I were to solicit carb work here then my advice would be jaded and be under scrutiny as to what my motive was for saying things the way I do, especially since some times I tell it like it is (or at least in my opinion).

I now that Ed is a GREAT rebuilder and occasionaly helps people out from the forum, might want to get in touch with him.

Seriously though the whole idea of this forum is to give you the confidence to do it yourself. Its really not that difficult and we can point you in the right direction and help you save 150.00 to 200.00 dollars.

Think of it as an economic bailout :o)

Hi Bill,

Thank you for your response. I'll research this a little more and give it a shot. Another question, where can I buy an anti-stall dashpot? Thank you again.

E-bay, I have seen them there quite a bit, but pricey, "the carburetor store" should be able to help you, Ponys definetely can, check with Ed as well.
