Hi Guys,
Can anyone tell me the flow rate on an AUTOLITE 2100 C5ZF-B? It is stamped 1.14 on the bowl. The Alpha Numerics say it is off of a 65 Mustang. I assume that these 2100s flow at different rates just like the 4100s but what those rates are I don't know. Can anyone help? I particularly need the rate for the carb I described above.
THANKS A BUNCH!
TOM S.

Here are numbers I have seen and a few estimated for the 2100s. These are all at 3" Hg. To compare them to the (usual) rating of 4v carbs at 1.5" Hg, take the numbers below and divide by 1.414.
My approximate guesses are in (Parenthesis)
Any additional factory CFM ratings appreciated!

Venturi...Flow, CFM at 3.0" Hg.....Approx Flow at 1.5" Hg
0.98 (210) 150
1.01 (236) 170
1.028 (245) 176
1.08 287 200
1.14 300 223 (yours!)
1.21 351 258
1.23 (362) 260
1.33 424 308

So, a pair of those 1.14 2100 carbs would flow about the same as a single "Mustang" 1.08 x 1.19 4100 small 4v carb, and the ratings at 1.5" jive with that since 223+223~440cfm, the rating of the "1.08" 4v 4100.

Comments welcome, these are my best estimates!
