You have two choices. Keep an eye out on ebay and hope that you get what is advertized, albeit at inflated prices OR pony up to Pony Carbs and buy one at hyper-inflated prices.
Unless you happen to stumble on to one from your favorite uncle's garage or a local autoparts swap meet, those are the only sources that I can think of.
