I have a 78' Jeep with a I6 258. The carb that was on was an old Rochester that was worn out past rebuild. I was given a Carter YF (or so I think) It is a remain from Holley II. There are 2 sets of numbers. The one stamped into the bowl on the passanger side is 6R-5585. There is also a number stamped into a flange right beside one of the mounting holes on the base of 12R-7602B.

I have searched high and low to find out just what I have but with no luck.
I have a pic that I will try to attach. If anyone out there has a clue to what I have and how to plumb this thing, I would be extreamly grateful.you can find the pics here.
