Summit has re-issued a version of the Holley 4010 which was a variation on the 4100. It has some nice updates and looking at the pictures of the booster assembly in these pictures:

http://www.fordmuscle.com/forums/induction-articles/482814-summit-carb-review-road-test.html

I wonder, would that booster assembly fit and work in a old 4100??? It has nice removable restrictors and accelerator pump orifices. If it would fit in 1.12 4100, it would really help with tuning for special applications (like racing).

Anyone looked at this carb or tried to swap out the boosters?

Thanks.

I'm not sure if the new boosters would fit or not. I'd like to try the swap myself.
