Response to LHMN Splits and Such |
| "You would figure if the door was closed there would be no need for having chaos in God's organization, yet the LHMN sound more and more like Jehovah's Witnesses! You have to be careful of what you say..."
Why would having the door closed relate to no chaos - why would you have the thought that would reduce chaos? By the way....doesn't bother me a bit that you are not sure about it being closed or not. That shouldn't determine whether you are a brother or not.
I think as a person previously affiliated with the LHMM - with what is going on in the world - all of it makes tons more sense to me than it did before....
i.e. - Time of Trouble began in 1914. The Time of Trouble is not going to be a short thing and it's getting worse. The last phase should be anarchy and it really seems we are heading more and more that way worldwide. You never know where you are safe and just bizarre chaotic things happen.
Also, really reaffirms for me other classes as taught by Johnson as well as Bro. Jolly who brought out the idea of the Epiphany Campers, and I really see people being tested....and I think it's more on the line of not judging others, and having empathy, which are things you will need if you work with the world in the Kingdom. Where we are in time and how much society is breaking down...at this late point, we wouldn't have the High Calling open.
And....also the fact that the Church, while members were still on earth, would have a preserving affect - would have to check the references related to this, but that was the thought, and without them.....the preserving affect is gone. So, I can really see that.
And, you really see that "many shall run to and fro and knowledge shall be increased" happening more and more.
